After more than thirty years of unforgettable shows and deep improvisation under the name Doom Dogs, we’re stepping into a new era. Starting now, the trio is officially known as GABRELS, KANE, PARKER WELLS.
Why the name change? Because this band is about full transparency—no masks, no genre boxes, no hiding. Just three musicians with decades of shared and individual sonic history, coming together to explore what’s possible in the moment. The music we make is raw, unfiltered, and uniquely ours. Our new name reflects that.
And with the new name comes a new recording.
First Release: Self-Titled Debut on the revived Table of the Elements
We’re honored to announce that our next release will be part of the relaunch of Table of the Elements (TotE), one of the most influential experimental music labels of the past three decades. The TotE relaunch is being funded through a Kickstarter campaign and features over two dozen new projects alongside a revival of the label’s incredible back catalog.
We’re proud to be included on this visionary platform, and grateful to founder Jeff Hunt for welcoming us into the TotE fold.
You can sign up to follow the Kickstarter now; just an email, no obligation, to stay informed as the campaign rolls out:👉 https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/tote/table-of-the-elements?ref=1435ya

Gratitude for the Journey So Far
To everyone who’s come out over the years to see us play, thank you. Your support and energy made this recording possible, and more studio work is already underway.
Just last week, we filmed two spontaneous improvisations for a pro-shot video that will premiere this fall on the Reverend Guitars YouTube channel. It’s a powerful visual document of what we do; no edits, no overdubs.
What’s Next?
We’re currently booking shows for late summer 2025 through spring 2026, and we’re looking forward to getting back in front of you with new new energy, and the same wide-open approach to sculpting sound.
In the meantime, we’d love for you to:
