We're excited to bring our unique spin on the Grateful Dead’s Reckoning album to Snipes Farm this Friday, June 6th, in what we're calling a “pseudo acoustic” celebration of that classic material.
This is shaping up to be a very special show. The band has been locking in beautifully in rehearsals, and the lineup is stacked with talent:
Bob Musso – guitars & vocals
James Dalton – guitar, mandolin & vocals
Sammy Flicker – vocals
Abe Speller – drums & percussion
Danny Albi – drums & percussion
David Dzubinski – keyboards
Darilyn Avery – percussion
Jair-Rohm Parker Wells (that’s me) – basses
We’ll be diving into selected songs from Reckoning with a fresh approach—acoustic instruments at the forefront but still allowing for rhythmic density, improvisational color, and plenty of Ripplewood’s signature energy.
Over the past year, Ripplewood has been making waves across the tri-state area with our heartfelt, roots-conscious interpretation of the Dead’s music. Snipes Farm is the perfect setting for what promises to be a warm, lively, and moving night of music under the stars.
Come out, bring a friend, and let’s celebrate the music together!
